Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Group Bluetooth Audio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Group Bluetooth Audio is a macOS application that allows users to:

Connect and manage multiple Bluetooth audio devices simultaneously
Control individual device volumes and create multi-output configurations
Access Pro features through in-app purchases (one-time or subscription)
Customize audio controls and keyboard shortcuts

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on your macOS devices for personal use.

Subscription Terms

Pro Monthly Subscription

Duration: Monthly billing cycle, automatically renews unless cancelled
Price: $2.99 USD per month (or equivalent in your local currency)
Features: Custom volume steps, adjustable debouncing, menu bar controls, custom key mappings
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings
No Refunds: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. No refunds for partial months

Pro Lifetime Purchase

Duration: One-time payment for lifetime access
Price: $19.99 USD (or equivalent in your local currency)
Features: Same Pro features as subscription, owned forever
No Recurring Charges: Single payment provides permanent access to Pro features

Loyalty Program

Subscribers who maintain consecutive monthly payments for 7+ months are eligible to email for a free lifetime Pro upgrade. This is a voluntary benefit and not a guarantee.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
Attempt to bypass or circumvent Pro features without payment
Distribute or share the App without authorization

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information. The App stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit personal information to external servers.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Corey Herrera and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all audio devices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

macOS Integration

The App requires certain macOS permissions (Bluetooth, Audio Input, Apple Events) to function properly. These permissions are used solely for the App's core functionality as described in our Privacy Policy.

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail regarding App Store-related matters.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
